Harmeny Outdoors is staffed by a permanent team of outdoor professionals with an extensive range of skills and qualifications in education and adventurous activity.

As instructors and leaders of outdoor activity, our staff team is trained and assessed to National Governing Body standards in specialist areas such as skiing, climbing and canoeing. As facilitators of outdoor learning, the team also holds a range of professional and technical qualifications up to postgraduate degree level and has experience teaching to a range of age groups and subject areas.

Regular re-certification and training ensures that the staff team maintains the highest standards in safety and technical skill.
